Verrado is one of the largest master-planned communities in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This upscale neighborhood utilizes a design concept known as new urbanism. Residents of Verrado can also use the 21 miles of walking and biking trails throughout the community. There is a community center where homeowners can enjoy planned activities and neighborhood events.

Students in the neighborhood can attend Verrado Elementary School, Verrado Middle School and Verrado High School. Parents can also opt for the Goddard School or Heritage K-8 school for their children.
Home buyers interested in moving to Verrado have many different home styles from which to choose. The homes range, from as small as two bedrooms to as expansive as four to five bedrooms.
