Sun Groves

Sun Groves is a deed-restricted community in Chandler that is located south of East Riggs Road. Its western edge spans to South Lindsay Road while Its southern border spans to East Hunt Parkway. Its eastern border runs to South Val Vista Drive.

It is a 600-acre community that is part of the Chandler Unified School District. There are two nearby public high schools located within Sun Groves’ boundaries. There is also an elementary school in the community to serve the community’s younger students.

Sun Groves is close to retail stores like Walgreens. It is also close to Basha Public Library.
