Silverleaf is an upscale luxury community that is part of DC Ranch. The land on which it is located used to be a large cattle ranch. Now, however, it is an expansive 8300-acre development, over 4000 of which is devoted to home sites.

The community is enveloped by scenic views of the nearby mountains and desert landscape. It also has perfect views of the Scottsdale city lights. It is considered to be one of the premier residential communities in the Phoenix area and strives to provide a lifestyle to residents that is unlike anything they will experience elsewhere.

Much of the community life in Silverleaf revolves around its 50,000 square foot club. The club serves as a place where neighbors can meet with fellow residents and enjoy drinks and meals together.

The club also overlooks the community’s 18-hole championship 7300-yard golf course. The clubhouse is designed in the Mediterranean style and features historic-looking elements and furnishings.There is even a European-style fountain in the courtyard of the clubhouse that greets members as they arrive.

Other amenities in Silverleaf include close proximity to upscale dining and shopping. There are trails nearby for hiking and walking.

Silverleaf is home to some of the most expensive homes in the Greater Phoenix area. The average home price here is between $2 to $3 million, with some homes going for as much as $9 million.

The homes in Silverleaf vastly overshadow the average home price in Phoenix of $269,000. The prices reflect the exclusivity of the gated master-planned community and the popularity of the real estate market in the neighborhood.

Silverleaf’s real estate market is comprised mainly of single-family homes and mansions as well as condominiums, townhouses and lots of land. Condos typically have two to three bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms. They are large for condos, having as much as 3300 square feet.

There are also townhouses for sale in Silverleaf, with most being two and three-bedroom homes. They generally have two or three bathrooms and as much as 2600 square feet.

Single-family homes in Silverleaf are exceptionally large with some having as much as 15,000 square feet of space. They have as many as seven or eight bedrooms and upwards of six bathrooms in most cases.
