Rancho Cabrillo is a residential neighborhood in Peoria that is located just north of Arizona State Route 303. Its northern border sits along West Jomax Road while its southern borders span to the McMicken Dam Outlet Channel. Its eastern edge reaches to Dysart Road, and its western border goes to Litchfield Road.

Rancho Cabrillo was established as a community in 2013. It is well-known in Peoria for its reasonably priced midsize single-family homes. It is governed by a homeowners association to which homeowners in this neighborhood pay an annual due. The annual due, which is around $53 a month, pays for the community’s maintenance and safety.

Rancho Cabrillo offers numerous amenities for homeowners and their families. There are several playgrounds located throughout the community.
