    When Corte Bella was designed the idea was to build a community that reflected tradition.  The reserved mission style architecture was inspired by homes in Santa Barbara, California.  As Arizona’s first age-restricted, gated, country club community the thoughtful landscaping gives the community a different look so that seniors seeking an active, quiet lifestyle can live in peaceful surroundings.

    The 717 acres are planned to feature a total of 1850 beautiful homes upon completion of the development.   The community is located on Maricopa County land off Deer Valley and El Mirage roads.  There is easy access to Bell Road, Loop 101, and 303.  At 717 acres, the community will be more focused than any of the other Sun Cities, keeping with the Del Webb vision of a cozy, intimate Country Club atmosphere.

    Among the country club amenities offered are the Greg Nash designed 18-hole championship golf course, exclusive Clubhouse, and a Fitness Club that offers everything from aerobics and weight training to tennis and swimming. The Fitness Club even offers facials and massages to community residents upon request.  An Activities Director is available on-site to organize and supervise outside activities and trips.

    Corte Bella is a country club is a casual setting where members rub shoulders frequently and informally.   At the Social Club, you can meet friends and acquaintances for casual dining or leisurely get-togethers.  Happy hour on the expansive patios overlooking the golf course can be a mild and relaxing way to while away a lazy afternoon.

    Homes will be from 1,350 to 3,000 square feet with prices ranging from the low 200,000s to more than $300,000. Floor plans offer the Corte Bella resent a wide range of choices to suit any lifestyle.  Choose from a selection of living and dining rooms to open great-room designs. Many of the lots and floor plans allow you to even add a detached casita or peaceful courtyard entryway, should you so desire.  Every resident is a member of a social club and has access to the private golf course with membership dues expected to range between $125 and $150 per month.

    The Golf Club will serve a 7,000-yard championship golf course, with a 5,000-square foot pro shop and member’s lounge.  The facility will be managed by Troon Golf and will have 400 memberships available.

    The 10,000 square-foot fitness center and spa is the pride of the community and outdoor activities include a combination lap and resort-style pool, spa, and lighted tennis courts.

    Also, a 7,500 square-foot clubhouse will be situated above the golf course.  Members will play an active role in the clubhouse programming with activities planned around member interests.
