VA Home Loan Requirements
Like the FHA, the VA also has its own set of criteria that interest home buyers must meet in order to be approved for a VA-underwritten loan. The most obvious requirement, of course, is for the applicant to be connected to the military in some way, either by being a current or former member of the military, reserves, or national guard.
