Sterling Grove is one of the newest master-planned, age-restricted communities in the Greater Phoenix area. It is located in Surprise, about 30 minutes outside of Phoenix. Construction on Sterling Grove began in 2020 and continues today.
As a gate-guarded community, Sterling Grove offers around-the-clock security for its 55 and older homeowners. It is designed to be a scenic, peaceful and low maintenance community, ensuring that homeowners can relax and enjoy all of the amenities that Sterling Grove has in store for people who buy homes here.
All of the homes being built in Sterling Grove will be single-family one and two story residences. There are not yet any resale homes available in Sterling Grove.
Homebuilding companies like Broadmont and Del Ray are entrusted to build the brand new homes in Sterling Grove.
