Trilogy at Encanterra is an age-restricted community that is located in Queen Creek, Arizona. Construction of this community began in 2008 and continues today. Homebuilder Shea Homes designs and builds the single-family houses found in Trilogy at Encanterra. There are more than 2400 homes that comprise this community.

When Trilogy at Encanterra first opened, it did not place any age limits on people who bought and lived in the homes there. However, it was always geared more toward Baby Boomers and adults aged 55 and older. In 2011, the rules for living and buying homes in the community changed and limited residency to homeowners in the 55-plus demographic.

Today, it is exclusively populated by people in that age range and continues to offer premium amenities and activities designed for retirees and older adults. Trilogy at Encanterra is located just east of the San Tan Mountains, about 45 minutes outside of Phoenix. It prides itself on being close enough to the big city but still capable of offering a quiet, small-town way of life.

Even more, the community is located minutes from 202 Loop and Superstition Freeway 60 that go all the way into Phoenix, as well as the suburban towns of Mesa, Gilbert and Gilbert. The new Interstate 24 also traverses through Trilogy at Encanterra, making it easier for residents to get to and from major destinations in the Greater Phoenix area easier.

The homes for sale in Trilogy at Encanterra sell for anywhere from the low $200,000s to the high $800,000s. They also have as many bathrooms, as well as up to 3000 to 4000 square feet of living space.
