Some of the amenities found in Scottsdale Ranch aside from the community lake include Desert Garden Park and Scottsdale Ranch Park.  There is also a senior citizen center for the community’s retirees as well as a boys and girls club for the community’s children.  

For shopping and dining, residents have access to The Mercado at Scottsdale Ranch.  The Mercado offers a variety of retail, service, and dining options.  Residents can find coupons and other discounts for The Mercado on the community’s website. 

Home prices in Scottsdale Ranch average from $495,000 to $2.25 million.  These prices are typical for single-family homes.  The condos and townhouses for sale can start at $160,000 and go as high as $495,000.  

Scottsdale Ranch is served by the Scottsdale Unified School District.  Public schools available for community residents include North Ranch Elementary School, Desert Canyon Elementary School, and Copper Ridge School. 

Three hospitals serve the community of Scottsdale Ranch.  These hospitals include HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center, Scottsdale Medical Center, and HonorHealth Thompson Peak Medical Center.
