Gainey Ranch is served by the Scottsdale Unified School District.  Public schools available to residents include Chapparal High School and Cochise Elementary School.  Residents of Gainey Ranch also are served by the Scottsdale McCormick Ranch Surgicenter.  The Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital and Veterinarian Clinic is available for residents’ pet care needs.

Gainey Ranch is a luxury residential community that is centered around a golf club that share its name. This upscale community has three golf courses of its own. It also boasts scenic views of the nearby McDowell Mountains.
