Biltmore is an upscale neighborhood in East Phoenix that derives its name from the city’s historic Biltmore Hotel.  The subdivision is a mixture of both residential and commercial properties.  The homes located in the Biltmore area include high-rise condominiums, desert-style homes, and million-dollar houses.  

As one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Phoenix, Biltmore is also home to some of the most high-end shopping in the area.  Biltmore Fashion Park is an outdoor retail shopping center that also offers restaurants and cafes.  It was built in 1963 and today has 75 shops and restaurants for the public to enjoy. 

Other shops in the neighborhood include the Town & Country shopping center, Camelback East Village Shops, Esplanade Center, and Lincoln View Plaza.  Locally owned restaurants include Teavana and Queen Creek Olive Mill.  

Home prices in Biltmore range from $199,000 to $1.4 million.  Most of the houses are single-family homes.  However, condos and townhouses can also be found in this neighborhood.

The Biltmore subdivision is also home to the Biltmore Hotel Resort, which has two 18-hole championship golf courses.  Other local features include The Camby Hotel and the Wrigley Mansion.  

The Biltmore subdivision of Phoenix has several healthcare facilities from which to choose.  It is home to Biltmore Surgical Center, Biltmore Cancer Center, and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation.  Biltmore is part of the Creighton School district and is served by the Biltmore Preparatory Academy.
