They pay quarterly dues that average around $300 for their membership in the HOA.

The Red Mountain Ranch HOA consists of an elected board of members, as well as one onsite property manager. The board of directors are homeowners who live in Red Mountain Ranch. There are five members that make up the board, each serving a three-year term. Elections for the Red Mountain Ranch HOA board of directors are held every year.

People who join the golf course can sign up for private lessons, take part in golf clinics and join golf tournaments that are held regularly throughout the year.

People who live in Red Mountain Ranch can also join the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. This club offers a host of amenities, such as:

  • Six lighted tennis courts
  • Two spas
  • An Olympic-sized swimming pool
  • A state-of-the-art fitness center

The fitness center also has trainers and nutritionists on staff who can teach people how to exercise and eat a healthier diet to get and stay in shape. It likewise offers fitness and wellness classes that are open to all Red Mountain Ranch residents.

Red Mountain Ranch is also conveniently located to nearby shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues. There are also multiple public parks within minutes of the community.

Finally, Red Mountain Ranch is part of the Mesa Unified School District. Parents who live in the community have the option of sending their children to the district’s nearby high-ranking public schools, including Red Mountain Ranch Elementary School and Red Mountain High School.

The Mesa Unified School District receives a national grade of B-plus for its overall quality of academics. It specifically gets a grade of A for college preparation and diversity. It gets grades of B for health and safety, as well as the quality of its extracurricular activities.

Within the state of Arizona, however, the Mesa Unified School District ranks as the 24th best in the state. Out of the 115 districts in the state, it ranks third for being the most diverse and sixth for having the best athletic programs.
