Fulton Ranch is a 520-acre master-planned community in Chandler that was established in 2006 and located just off Highway 87 and south of Highway 202. It is close to both the San Tan Mountain Regional Park and South Mountain Park and Preserves. It also enjoys close proximity to downtown Chandler via Highway 87.
Fulton Ranch is part of the Chandler Unified School District and is close to several public schools. In fact, there are three public high schools to serve Fulton Ranch. There is also one elementary school that serves Fulton Ranch students from kindergarten through sixth grade.
Fulton Ranch is governed by a homeowners association to which residents pay a due. The dues are used to maintain the appearance, security and function of the community. They also maintain the numerous amenities that the Fulton Ranch HOA makes available to homeowners here.
