Eastmark is a master-planned community in Mesa that is located near the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Its north and south borders reach East Elliot Road and East Pecos Road, respectively. Its west and east borders fall between South Ellsworth Road and South Signal Butte Road.
It prioritizes engagement and connectivity among neighbors and is close to the area’s award-winning schools. It offers a number of amenities to encourage residents to enjoy the community and stay fit, active, and interested in the neighborhood.

Eastmark has its own public school district with elementary, middle, and high schools. It also has learning academies and preschools that parents can make use of for their students.
Eastmark’s real estate market is primarily comprised of single-family homes. The average price for a home in this community is $316,000. The homes tend to be expansive and have as many as four to five bedrooms with two to three bathrooms.
They also range in size from 1500 to as much as 3000 square feet. The lots on which they are located average around 6000 square feet.
