Cooper Commons is an HOA-governed community in Chandler that encompasses La Paloma Park. It is located off of South Cooper Road north of East Hunt Highway. Its northern border reaches to East Riggs Road while its eastern edge goes to South Gilbert Road.
The community was established in 1999 and continued to be developed until 2003. It is part of the Chandler Unified School District. Elementary students in the community attend nearby Jane D. Hull Elementary School while older students attend Santan Junior High and Basha High School.
Cooper Commons is close to numerous stores in Chandler. Albertson’s is located within the community’s boundaries while Walgreens is just across Gilbert Road.
