Homes in Festival Hills
Festival Hills feature comfortable and spacious single-family homes. The smallest homes in this neighborhood have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The largest homes have as many as four to six bedrooms and up to four to five bathrooms.

Homes are priced between $250,000 to $450,000 and higher. Floor plans cover anywhere from 1900 to upwards of 4000 square feet. Many homes here additionally have stucco exteriors, tile roofs, and two or three-car garages.

Schools
Festival Hills is served by the award-winning Phoenix schools. It has its own on-site elementary school aptly named Festival Hills Elementary School. Older students attend Buckeye Middle School and either Younker High School or Buckeye Union High School.
Parents interested in sending their children to private school have the choice of two nearby schools, The Goddard School, which serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade, or Grace Fellowship Academy, which is available for preschool to eighth-grade students.
