The Brown Family Communities dates back over 30 years ago with the founder Dave Brown.  He began this family-owned business in 1975.  That year, he used the money from a second mortgage on his home to start the Brown Family homebuilding business.

Brown Family Communities Locations

There are 17 Brown Family Communities in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  These homes offer many custom touches.  New homes range in price from the high $170’s to the high $400’s.  Scattered across the Valley of the Sun, the communities can be found in Glendale, Phoenix, Chandler, Maricopa, Queen Creek, Goodyear, Chandler, Casa Grande, Gilbert, and Surprise.

Come and discover the right Brown Family Community Development for you.  In the Phoenix area, there are two developments.  Estates at Rogers Ranch are priced from the high $ 260s and Manors at Rogers Ranch starting near $ 210s.  

The growing West Valley has four communities in Goodyear, Arizona.  Glen River at Canyon Trails priced at $214’s, Renaissance at Travis Park offers homes in the low $250’s, Renaissance at Paseo Ridge, and the Reserve at Paseo Ridge are such new neighborhoods that prices are still being established.  With only two developments, just west of Phoenix in Glendale, these neighborhoods offer it all.  The Estates Reserve at Morningstar has homes priced in the high $ 280s and the Estates at Orangewood Vista also begins in the high $ 280s.  Situated in the booming West Valley, the Reserve at Greer Ranch provides homes from the high $390’s in Surprise. 

In the East Valley, there are two communities in Chandler.  The Renaissance at Redwood Estates has homes beginning at $316’s and the Reserve at Whispering Heights has homes starting at $419’s.  Also located in East Valley is the Reserve at Vista Del Oro in Gilbert.  These amazing homes start at $415’s.  San Tan Heights community in Queen Creek has the best value with properties starting in the high $ 160s. 

Located to the south of Phoenix in Maricopa, Estates at Maricopa Meadows has homes in the $ 240s.  Another development south of the capital city of Phoenix is Casa Grande.  There are three terrific communities being built in Casa Grande, Arizona.  The Manors at Los Portales is priced right at in the high $ 170s, the Renaissance at Los Portales has properties starting at the $218’s, and the Reserve at Los Portales offers homes in near the $300’s.
