arizonan.com (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Carl Chapman. The Service and its contents are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Completed real estate information forms will be shared with licenced real estate agents best able to respond to you requests. Any other requests form services or information will be treated the same.

This children’s privacy statement explains my practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of thirteen, and provides important information on your rights under federal law with respect to such information.

Real Estate Advertisements; Equal Housing Opportunity
