Ready Renter Program

Are you a Ready Renter? Have you already decided where in the valley you want to live? Are you an Arizonan and know the Valley of the Sun?  Then, the Ready Renter program is perfect for you. The Ready Renter Program is designed for individuals, who already know where they want to live.  However, the program also provides individuals with more by offering rental service support.

The Ready Renter Program begins with the use of the advanced new home Search Center.  The new home Search Center helps determine which Phoenix area rental new homes, within the area in which you wish to live, are right for you. When you are ready to view the properties that you have chosen, contact me.

As part of the Ready Renter Program, I schedule appointments, create a property mapping route, gather important information on each rental property, answer questions and show the new homes that you have identified through the new home Search Center.

Once you have selected a new home that meets your needs, I represent you in the transaction. Throughout the entire rental process, I work for you.  As an experienced negotiator, I can often help resolve issues involving poor credit or lack of credit. In some cases, I can gain discounts in rent and/or aquire other advantages.

Credit Reports

If you're like most people, you probably have never seen the same information banks, landlords, retailers, mortgage companies, employers and insurance companies use to judge your credit. Several companies offer free credit reporting. These offers are a great way to see what lenders are seeing when they evaluate your loan application. You can learn you credit score, identify any errors, and learn how your paying habits might be affecting your score. The free credit reporting companies listed here offer a free trail service where you can check your credit score and see how it changes. Because each company gathers information differently it is smart to get a report from every source you have access to when evaluating your credit score, this is what lenders do. Occasionally just one of the credit report companies will have an error that you won't see to correct if you only have one credit reporting company report.

Online credit reports are a source for all of your credit information needs, providing critical information about the credit bureaus, building credit, and your rights as a consumer.

Credit management products like our 3-in-1 Credit Report and Score Watch help consumers make informed decisions when starting to rent a new home.
