Selling a home is like selling any product, it takes a detailed marketing plan. I have been marketing products on the Internet for over 10 years. For the past 5 years, real estate has been my primary focus. Using my knowledge, education and experience. I am ready to sell your Arizona home, condo or land.
Please review my real estate marketing plan and decide for yourself whether my home sales strategy will help sell your Phoenix property.
At West USA Realty I don’t just stick a sign in your yard, put your home in the listing service, cross My fingers and hope it sells. I have years of experience in marketing, copy-writing, video produciton, photography and Internet Marketing. In addition, I have developed strategic marketing alliances with some of the most known and respected names in the advertising business. A recent publication by the National Association of Realtors indicates that close to 80% of homes are found online before they are purchased. That’s why I take My web-based marketing seriously. Take a look at some My strategic marketing alliances both on and off the web:
Web Marketing:
It is reported that 84% of all home buyers now use the Internet in their home-search process (source: 2005 National Association of Realtors® Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers), and this use of the technology is expected to become even more common. So, I feel it is very important to maximize your home’s Online Exposure.
My website averages 30,000+ visitors per month and it’s growing fast! Your property will be featured on http://www.arizonan.com under my Featured Properties section. This will include a digital photo tour and links to your property details & more photos, map, and a high-quality printable flyer that I will create. Your listing will also always be included on my Featured Properties page and all of my MLS search and search results pages, and it will be emailed directly to qualified buyer prospects who express interest in the home.
Internet Marketing Plan
Over 80 percent of Arizona home buyers use the Internet to search for properties. Many of these buyers are relocating to Arizona from significant distances. Using the Internet provides them with most of their initial research. Using http://www.arizonan.comwww.arizonan.com, potential home buyers are able to learn about the community and preview homes and condos for sale across the Phoenix real estate market.
My job is to find buyers for your property and provide the required, relevant exposure for your Arizona property. My Internet marketing plan delivers traffic that is looking for real estate and homes like yours. Unlike print marketing, the Internet listing are always up to date. This attracts the more serious home buyer.
With over 1,000 pages of information and resources, usinghttp://www.arizonan.comwww.arizonan.com is a natural for buyers relocating to Phoenix AZ from across the county or those just moving over from Gilbert. My real estate website receives thous ands of potential home buyers each month. My visitor numbers have consentingly been higher than the circulation of Phoenix’s real estate magazines.
My marketing plan doesn’t just rely on My own real estate traffic, I also advertise on other top Internet Websites across the web.
Additional Marketing Efforts

I will work with cooperating broker, lender, buyer, title, appraiser, earnest money accounting, transaction coordinator, inspectors, termite, etc. to ensure a smooth and problem free transaction.
After sale follow up to make certain all of your expectations have been met.
My goal is your 100% satisfaction and your future business.
The 8% Real Estate Commission

I believe to sell a home or condo in Arizona’s current real estate market, you must be aggressive. That means implementing a two prong sales approach. The first step is to price the property below comparable homes around you. Then, in combination apply my 8% Real Estate Commission sales strategy. I believe the traditional 50-50 equal split does not benefit the seller. Instead, the Broker who brings the buyer should be compensated with a 5% commission, leaving 3% to the listing Broker.
