Selecting Your REALTOR
When you are ready to start looking for a home, the first step is selecting and then hiring a REALTOR to represent you.

The process of selecting an Arizona REALTOR is very much like hiring any other professional to represent your interests or provide services to you.

I invite you to interview me in person or on the phone. You will discover that I have a bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and a master’s degree in Leadership. Additionally, that I have been practicing real estate full time for over 6 years and hold an Arizona Brokers license. If you check you will find that only a small percentage of real estate agents and REALTORS have completed the additional licensure requirements to obtain a Brokers license.

Once you have determined that I am the right person for the job, you must formalize my role by employing me using an Exclusive Buyers Broker Agreement.

With the Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement in effect, I will be ready to conduct research, show you homes, and assist you in obtaining financing.

Don’t worry about missing out on any of the deals listed by other REATORS. All real estate agents use the same database or MLS to find homes. Because of this centralized data listing services, I can represent any property available and listed as well as act as your representative in the purchase of a newly built home from a new home builder.

Whether you are a first time home buyer, an old pro looking for real estate or you’re out to just buy a home the best way possible, you owe it to yourself to see how an Exclusive Buyer Broker can be your best answer in not just wading through the complexities of real estate transactions but in educating you on the market area with which you may be totally unfamiliar.
