Red Rock, Rio Rico and Rimrock are all small towns in Arizona. If you get out a map, you will need to look hard to find these tiny Arizona towns. Red Rock is south of Phoenix on Interstate 10, south of Picacho Peak.

The 20th Territorial Assembly established Arizona ’s smallest county in March 1899. The county was named after the Santa Cruz River. The word “Santa Cruz” means “holy cross” in Spanish.
